Hi
I upgraded to a Versa 3 last year in September via Fitbit directly however I think you have mis-sold the watch as you only are linked to a very narrow set of payment providers in the UK.
This is the only reason I upgraded to a Versa and paid more money so that I could use the integrated payment functionality, so when I run I would not need to carry my credit card or hold a purse. I am not going to sign-up for a bank account with fairly new'ish banking providers like Starling and Revolut or European Banks just to make my Fitbit Watch work.
You need to be connected with the big UK banking giants like HSBC, Barclays and Lloyds etc and make the list of providers you work with here clearly visible.
Complete mis-selling and I would like a refund.
Thanks
Narinder

Hello @NHare and welcome to the Community. Individual banks decide whether or not to participate in Fitbit pay. My US bank is among the largest in the US, but doesn't participate. When I look at the Fitbit Store or any other page that mentions Fitbit Pay, I can see the link to participating banks and transit systems.
Fit has a 45 day, no questions asked, refund policy. I'm sorry, but you are past that return window.

Hi, @NHare , I appreciate your point of view. As a UK user I too was disappointed in the number of banks supported. As @LZeeW has mentioned, this is really a matter for the banks - Fitbit would love to work with as many banks as possible.
For myself, following another user’s recommendation, I decided to try out Starling, which is an online only bank. I wanted to be able to use Fitbit Pay so I didn’t have to risk getting my card out on the London Underground, for example, and also for the few occasions when I got to the shop and realised I had left my wallet/ phone at home... It was super easy and quick to set up the Starling account and I just put £100 in it - basically wrist spending money.
However, I have since found Starling really great to use. For one thing it doesn’t charge me for use abroad and keeping track of everything via the app works great and their customer service is super. I still use the big banks for most of my spending, but having this extra account that works with Fitbit has proved to be really helpful, so I make sure there is always a bit of day to day spending money in the account.
Please forgive this “advert” for Starling, but I can really recommend it if you want to set up a low key no hassle way to make small purchases from your Fitbit.
