Unable to Sync

I have an issue that I can not seem to find a solution for. My versa is not wanting to Sync for some reason. I have reset my phone, place the watch on it's charger in hopes that would help. I want to give you as much information as I can. I have tried what I can think of. PLEASE HELP!

Hi @PINKQUEEN What phone are you using (make and model)? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.

I guess I should of added that I have had my fitbit versa already setup for several months and it was working fine. Then put of the blue it stopped syncing.

I have a Android V20 my fitbit had been setup for months and working fine. Today it decided to stop syncing up. Unsure why?

What make of phone is the V20? It is hard to look up when i dont know the make and have never heard of the phone. If the phone is not on the list I linked above, that doesnt mean it wont work, and as you saybit has been working for months. But what it does mean is that if something happens to make the connection stop working (usually an update to phone or tracker), as it is not on the supported list there is no one working to get it going again.

In any case, where it is supported or not, work through all the suggestions in the Help Article I linked above.
