I just purchased a Fitbit Versa 3 and I have been struggling to set up the wallet function.
I am in Canada.
I have multiple cards I want to add, so far only 1 card has successfully been added.
My main cards are from RBC. I have a Visa and a Mastercard. Only the Mastercard is able to be added, the visa will not add. It gives me the error: "Uh oh! Looks like we don't support this card for use with Fitbit Pay. Tap below to see supported banks and cards. If you feel this is an error, please contact the card issuer."
I've triple checked each time that the numbers and details all match what is on my account.
RBC is 100% supported, I was able to add an RBC Mastercard already, so why is it that my Visa won't go through?
Additionally, I tried adding my Capital One Mastercard with the same result as my visa.
Things I've tried:
Restarting both the versa 3 and my phone.
Factory Reset results in the same thing.
Turned off wifi
Tried 24 hours later
Changing state/province to ALBERTA instead of AB
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there, @camcamcam. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.
If you've tried setting up your credit cards as recommended here but to no avail, we recommend that you contact your bank for more information about specific financial transactions or lost/stolen credit cards.
We hope this gets you back on track.

Same. The only card I have that works with Fitbit Pay is my RBC VISA and I have been getting the same error message. I chatted with a rep who had me "replace" the Fitbit and try again but it still didn't work. She said she transferred my case to a "higher support team" and they'd be in touch...

Same here. Capital One Venture X doesn't work. Cap One is a supported bank, and the process gets through the Cap One specific boilerplate and then fails. The bank has no record of an attempted connection from FB. No issues adding or using my Chase Sapphire, and this is a really useful feature. I didn't think I'd ever use it, but I'm a convert. I'd like to use my Cap One at least until I meet the spend requirement, but no joy.
