Unable to change Versa clock face

I'm still unable to change the clock face back to the "Business" selection from the Fitbit choices...the activity wheel just keeps going round 'N round - In addition, I recently lost a whole lotta data for a couple weeks but I am less concerned about that & would just like the ability to change my clock face again...You have my permission to change it....Thank you in Advance......💋💋
