Unable to change clock face - Versa 2

I am unable to install any clock face on my Versa 2.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you and further investigate, can you please elaborate? Do you receive an error message when trying to change the clock face? Are you trying to install a third-party one or a Fitbit original? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Which phone are you using with your Versa 2? More information will be appreciated so we can move on.

The date on the clock on my Versa 2 was two days off. I was unable to reset the date to the correct day so I did a factory reset. Now I have lost the ability to install any clock face of any kind. The face of the tracker remains blank. I am able to pair the tracker with my computer, but not with my iPhone.
