my Versa is apparently dead. It will not charge and I tried the factory reset several times now. Still nothing but a black screen? Is there anything else to try before I have to buy a new one?

Same thing happened to me. My battery died yesterday and I've charged it and pressed and held buttons a zillion times and nothing. I'm getting frustrated and this might be my last FitBit.
I let it sit on my desk for 3-4 days and it finally flashed a zero battery light and I could charge it. Now I just can't let the battery die.
