Fitbit has a troubleshooting guide for charging issues at Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

If those tips don't help then, as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support.

I have the same problem that I cannot charge my versa 2. Originally I thought it is charger faulty, i got a new charger. Apparently it is my versa 2 cannot charged. I’d livechat but it had over 1 year warranty. How can I get my versa2 fixed, possible?
