I have a subscription with Deezer, wi-fi is on. When I go to access my deezer app it says refresh by connecting to a saved wifi, which I have done numerous times. I have turned Fitbit off numerous times, along with shutting down the app. At a loss.

At this moment, I would like to suggest you to first, remove the WiFi connection linked to your Versa and then connect your watch to the same WiFi network using the instructions on this article: How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi?
After that, proceed as usual in order to transfer music from Deezer:
