I recently got a Fitbit versa and the apps don't seem to work properly.
I've tried installing the water ionic and waterlogged and they both prompt me to sign in, I follow the prompts and it still says I need to sign in. I downloaded the world clock app and set my chosen time zones, none of which appear on my watch. I also just tried to download the bitmoji clock face to be told that I can't download this on my device.
I also never receive notification of text messages or phone calls to my watch.
I know I should contact the developers but I feel like this is a fitbit issue not a developer issue?
How can I get everything to work properly!? Any advice is appreciated.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, have you restarted your Versa already by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen? Have you restarted your phone as well? Is your Versa syncing correctly with your phone?
As you mentioned you're having trouble getting Notifications, I would like to ask you to check the following:

Now, when it comes to the apps, please uninstall the apps you're having trouble with, then force-quit the app. Open it again and install the apps to your Versa, sync your device and then try to log into the apps again.
