Hi, I got the Versa yesterday morning and I was excited to try the product and track how many calories burnt throughout the day. I have noticed that it hasnt recorded some data properly, such as floors climbed (this was like 25 on the watch but only 4 on the app), mileage (didnt take into account my 1.5 mile run), activity time (done over 50 mins on the watch, only 30 mins detected on the phone). I was also excited to track my sleep with this device, but that seemed to not work either! I used the app to state when I slept and woke up, but the watch didn't detect I was sleeping so I couldn't identify my stages of sleep. Can someone please help me get the most out of my watch? Also I think the sleep tracker might have not worked because I am a heavy sleeper, I move a lot at night and since this is the case can fitbit develop a sleep tracking system for people like me? Thanks in advance

Hello @Muki-2000, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention, I will address your concerns one by one so you have have a better insight about this issues:

  1. When it comes to floors, and active minutes, it seems the app didn't show correctly the information that was synced from your Versa, in which case I would like to suggest you to force-quit the app and open it again to force the information to sync correctly.
  2. For your mileage, did you start a run from the Exercise app in the Versa? Did the connect to the GPS on your phone before you started a Run? If not, please make sure the app is running on the background of your phone, if it is, restart your phone and start a new Run Activity, then check if the distance recorded is accurate.
  3. Finally, for Sleep Stages, keep in mind that if you hit "Begin Sleep Now" in the Fitbit app, your watch will be unable to record Sleep Stages. My best recommendation is to let your Versa auto-detect your sleep, making sure your watch is well snugged on your wrist, without constricting it, ideally placed three fingers above your wrist, the Versa should be able to register your Sleep Stages even if you're a heavy sleeper.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply. Smiley Wink
