Hi, I got the Versa yesterday morning and I was excited to try the product and track how many calories burnt throughout the day. I have noticed that it hasnt recorded some data properly, such as floors climbed (this was like 25 on the watch but only 4 on the app), mileage (didnt take into account my 1.5 mile run), activity time (done over 50 mins on the watch, only 30 mins detected on the phone). I was also excited to track my sleep with this device, but that seemed to not work either! I used the app to state when I slept and woke up, but the watch didn't detect I was sleeping so I couldn't identify my stages of sleep. Can someone please help me get the most out of my watch? Also I think the sleep tracker might have not worked because I am a heavy sleeper, I move a lot at night and since this is the case can fitbit develop a sleep tracking system for people like me?
