I would like to follow up on the notifications screen issue that you are experiencing with your Fitbit Versa. Does the issue persist or did it get resolved?
In case the issue persists, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, swipe down your watch from the top of it and see if it shows your notifications.
