I am unable to receive notification with my watch. 

 

As per instructions ,I have restart the phone and watch few times but still doesn't work.

I am using Android phone with Android version 10.

It works on the first week, and suddenly disconnected today.

My Versa is doing the same thing. It started about two weeks ago and Fitbit just keeps telling me they're working on it.

It is not the versa but the Fitbit app and the phones OS.

I have an android and so does my brother. He gets them and I don't. I did get one yesterday and then nothing. lol

LOL, it must be sad for you.

I got the warning as per photo. I restarted so many times, but the warning
is still there.

It's been over a month for me and they just keep walking me through the same steps and saying they are working on it

I still do not see any answer to @SunsetRunner question of what phone is being used. 

@3101010 sorry, their is one phone known to have a problem after upgrading to Android 10.

Did notifications stopped when updating to 10? 

Have you tried removing Fitbit app - restart phone - install Fitbit app

I have a Samsung S10 plus and it worked fine until about a month ago. My brother in law has a 10 and his works.

I tried restart phone and uninstall the apps.
Once I reinstall the app, it works at the same day. Then it can't connect
again on the next day.
