I am unable to receive notification with my watch.
As per instructions ,I have restart the phone and watch few times but still doesn't work.

My Versa is doing the same thing. It started about two weeks ago and Fitbit just keeps telling me they're working on it.

It is not the versa but the Fitbit app and the phones OS.

I have an android and so does my brother, he gets them and I don't. I did get one yesterday and then nothing. lol

Did notifications stopped when updating to 10?
Have you tried removing Fitbit app - restart phone - install Fitbit app
