Unable to select Versa 3 on the Fitbit app

Hi,

We’ve been having trouble setting up the Fitbit app for a versa3. The device selection only shows the ace watches. I’ve have changed the setting for the google account but it is not being recognised as an over 13y account. 

any tips?

Hi @Earl2023.  Do you use Family Link?  Google Family Link seems to have its own restrictions.  I don't have personal experience with this, but based on other posts, you must remove the child from Family Link.  It might take a day for the Versa 3 option to appear.  It is also my understanding that you can add the child's back to Family Link after another day or two.
