Unable to set up App Notifications on Versa.

Hey! I just got my Fitbit Versa and I am really struggling with getting notifications on it! My Bluetooth is on, but when I go to app notifications it says “apps will be added to your list after they send notifications to your phone” even though I’ve been getting notifications for a good few hours now and still nothing? Any advice?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that when your phone received a push notifications from an app (while your phone is locked), when you open the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Versa > Notifications > App Notifications, said app will appear on this list so you can enable and start receiving Notifications from the app in your Versa. 

 

If the app doesn't show up, pull down the screen to force the list to update. If the app is still not appearing, force-quit the app and open it again. Go back to App Notifications and the list should have been updated. 

 

Give these steps a try and let us know the outcome.
