I have previously connected a fitbit to my phone successfully but I am having trouble setting up the versa 2. When I go to set it up and select the versa, my phone pops up a white screen then goes straight back to the main page. I can go to the steps to set up all other fit-bit devices but the versa 2. It just does nothing.

Thank you so much, these articles did help me a lot to find information i was looking for before. I believe my issue might be i am using a older android device, I am going to try switching phones and I will let you know how it goes.
