Unable to setup Versa after failed firmware update

Recently in my fitbit app appears a new update for the fitbitwatch face. One who could keep track of your oxygen. I decieded to made the update. Meanwhile the watch didnt finished the update and since then the fitbit doesnt show in the bluethooth search. I already tried anything. The last thing I do was restore my watch to new settings but when I try to pair it with the cellphone does nothing. Just keeps asking me to install the fitbit app which I already did a hundre.d times and already tried to paired with other device.
