Hello. This morning I attempted to update the software on my tracker with the most recent updates, as well as the app. I thought all went well, but then the Versa lost connection to the App and now won't pair. I have tried all of the following multiple times:
- Restart the watch
- Disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth
- Forget the device on Bluetooth
- Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app
I disconnected the device from the FitBit app and now it won't re-pair. I can make it to the 4 digit code screen and it sends the code to the watch, but then when I enter the code it tells me it can't connect and asks me to charge it (it's fully charged), reset my Bluetooth (did it; doesn't work), or reset the watch (again, did it doesn't work).
Please help. Device is in great condition. Have had for 2 years.
