I'm done pairing or setting up my versa to my laptop. It's connected to the wifi and everything but the progress stops there. The screen on my versa would just return to the home screen that says "To start, download the Fitbit app" in many languages. What should I do?

Hi @venssonvryxx go to www.fitbit.com/setup download the Fitbit app onto the computer.
Run the app, log into your Fitbit account, and do an add device.
You may have to remove the Versa from the computers Bluetooth. The Fitbit app has to pair the tracker.

Hello! Thank you for this and sorry for the late response. I already did that but nothing happened. Still shows the set up screen. But I already contacted Fitbit Philippines.
