Unable to setup device

My versa won’t sinc to my I phone 11 pro max  . I did a restart and got it to the vibrating part but then it goes back to restart with all the foreign languages coming up

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your Versa prior to posting. With the information that was shared in your post I think that your device is not paired yet because the foreign languages is the start screen of our Fitbit Versa. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Thanks tried everything , it turned out it was faulty so recieved a replacement .
