Hi, @urqs68! Unfortunately, Fitbit doesn't repair screens. You could try doing some searching on the web to see if there is anyone else who offers the service, but I'm not aware of anyone.

@urqs68, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's screen got broken. Regarding your inquiry, screens are not sold separately and can't be replaced as @MakMak mentioned.
With this being said, let me go ahead and forward your case to our Support team so they can review it and assist you accordingly.
As a side note, please check out this page which has more information about the warranty policies.
I'll be around if any question arises.

thanks so much for your reply I was annoyed i had the versa2 for only a short bit like about 2 months. Being on a veterans disability pension made it a little hard to go and buy a new one but i did in the end. I do have the watch I become world champ 2014 open class Para in edmonton. but that is a garmin. I like the ease of the fitbit. I also had a velcro band which i cannot get on the new versa but thats fine i will find one. I have used another fitbit for the Invictus games I was in as well it was great. But i am an incomplete paraplegic as well as above knee amputee with both legs. I am the only man on the planet like me, I also am an australian Parabobsledder.
But any help fitbit can give me i am most appreciative thats for sure
