Hello,
I have been attempting to sync and update my FitBit Versa 2 for the past three days and haven't been able to. The screen always says to turn on the device, which it is on. I've held it up to my router in the office and it still display it on the title screen. I've reset my iPad/iPhone, have turned off Wi-Fi and have also turned off/on Bluetooth but nothing seems to be working. Is anyone else experimenting this problem with their Versas?
