I called customer support and was told to “be patient”, Fitbit is working on an update so combat the newest iPhone update. Fitbit hasn’t Synced since June 16th, the time is hours off and now my steps and activity aren’t being counted! Can someone tell me what the hold up is on fixing the issue? What’s the point of having a device that doesn’t work!
