I have had the Fitbit versa Lite for about 6 months, has worked perfectly minus not pairing music control (didn't care). Yesterday I noticed my watch touch screen not responding and watch providing incorrect heartbeat (110 bpm resting). Tried doing a hard restart by holding button for 8+ seconds, no improvement.
Today, after looking through the forums I tried doing a hard factory reset by holding button for 8+ seconds, releasing and then holding button again. All seemed well but then during setup the watch froze and the screen turned to a bunch of vertical green and blue lines. Tried to restart and now screen is just black. I think I am out of options.
