Unable to sync Versa Lite

Hi, I have had a versa life for under a year. About a week ago it randomly started to fall behind on time from minutes to now hours. I was able to resolve the problem once after reading solutions but the syncing only lasted a day. Now my phone refuses to connect to my watch at all even after trying to reset everything countless times. What are my options?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
