How do I know the versa is charging it is stuck in the fitbit logo. Doesnt appear any % of charge

Hi @Cindyasch, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Your Versa 2 should not display the Fitbit logo while charging, therefore, please try our restart process following the next steps and let me know if the issue persists:

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
