My husband bought me a Versa Lite for Christmas. I can't get it update or sync with my phone (LG G6). It's not listed in Bluetooth either. I've tried the link here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866 but it's useless in trying to get it to work with my phone. I've tried the steps multiple times.
Any other tips that may be useful? What's the point of having the latest tech on fitbit if I have to plug it into the adapter plugged into the computer?

here is the link to your phone and the compatible features. It looks like you should be running your android on at least 7.0 OS. Check to make sure that you are. If you are not, that could be the problem and sadly an upgrade is required. If you are, then here is what has worked in the past for me and others.. restart your tracker and your phone. remove all current bluetooth devices for the time being. make sure your bluetooth is on and try setting it up again. it should work. Sometimes having other bluetooth devices paired up causes issues for set up.... good luck and I know you will love your tracker once you are up and running.
