I had a Flex(?)years ago and stopped using. Yesterday I received a Versa 2! Today, I down loaded the app and my old account is still out there, don’t know if that is the problem, but the Versa won’t fully charge and my phone “can’t find device “. Can anyone help me?!

your account won't have bearing on the charge or pairing of your new tracker. If you can't recall the name of your last fitbit, it is clearly not still linked up otherwise, you would see it there. make sure you are charging your versa 2 using the right methods. I would use an active laptop and ensure that you have it situated properly and laying on its side. make sure your phone is a compatible device for your tracker. You can use this link to double check. Restart your tracker. Restart your phone. Clear out any bluetooth enabled devices for the time being. Make sure your bluetooth is enabled and try to pair it up again. it should work. good luck and once you are up and running- you will love your new tracker.
