Looking for some help, I cant seem to get my versa to vibrate when theres incoming call or texts etc? Sometimes it's not even git any notifications

make sure that you have the apps you want notifications from to be selected. make sure that the option to get notifications even when your phone is on DND is enabled. Make sure your tracker is not set to DND. Make sure you are connected via bluetooth and you are synced up completely. you can send yourself a test call through the app to make sure it is working.
