Hi, my versa2 was connected with my old phone that I hv exchanged for the new phn. Now I am unable to unlock my versa within old phone. Is their way to unlock device locked versa 2 without it.

Thank you for the information provided.

 

You can enter a personal 4-digit PIN code to unlock your Fitbit Versa 2. If you enter an incorrect PIN code 10 times, you're prompted to unlock it with your paired phone as explained in this article. When setting up Fitbit Pay a bonded was created between your phone and your watch. In this case it will be necessary having the phone used to set Fitbit Pay to unlock the Versa 2.
