Undercounting steps

Versa lite is undercounting steps, I reset several times, changed back to fitbit developed watch face, reset.  I am doing the 100 steps thing recommended by fitbit support and still undercounting by 15-25 steps per 100. So frustrating

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa Lite is undercounting your steps. Thank you for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.

 

On this case, I would recommend updating Customer Support in order to get further assistance. I'm pretty sure they will do their best to provide a high level of support. Thank you for your patience while dealing with this situation.

I did contact customer support and she said she had to elevate it and
someone would call back in a few days. I called 12/30/19 and have not
heard back. I guess they don’t really care!
