Can anybody shed some light on what is meant by ‘frequent’ large variations in blood oxygen. I get 1 or 2 large variations, usually at the beginning and end of sleep, but not every night. Is this frequent in this context?
it is not clear how many variations are normal and how many are concerning...
I have searched and can find no data on the ‘norm’
thsnk you
