So my versa says unlock with phone. I've searched and found that changing the pin using my phone app is a solution. The problem is, my app has disconnected from my device.
I now can't connect my versa as when it comes to the section where they pair and I should enter the 4 digit pair code ... It doesn't display on my versa because all I get is the unlock with phone message.
A vicious circle.
Someone please help!

I don't see a way out of that. Might be best to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com
