Same for me. It said that I was sleeping when in fact I was feeding a client. Then when I AM sleeping, nothing is recorded. The sleep feature is the only reason I bought the thing!!
Ya. I had the same problem with not one but two Versa 2s. I thought I'd ditch back but it's all just the same. My mom has a versa 2 that she bought separately and she has to take it off while she's watching tv because it records her as sleeping. Pretty lame. I've restarted to factory settings and if it does it again it's a return and I'm switching to the Apple watch. Best of luck with yours.
Thank you so much for your email. Yeah, kinda weird when I was actually doing something ( feeding someone) and it recorded sleep. I've just started using it and I'm getting used to it but I'm already almost ready to chuck it. Lol thanks again.
Restore it to factory settings and reinstall it. Won't take too long and then you'll know if it's just a glitch or a permanent problem. The first versa I had was flawless until it died. If you don't know how instructions are online. Goodluck!
