Unresponsive Versa (classic)

My Versa (classic) shows a black screen. The screen doesn't respond unless showing Fitbit logo when restarted / refreshed. Both haven't worked and the watch is fully charged. The screen is completely black and wasn't acting up previously. The bluetooth and wifi are both not working so the watch can't sync to my phone.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. Do you see the Fitbit logo with a message on different languages or do you see just the Fitbit logo? If you see the logo with a setup message, please try to set it up as a new device by following the instructions from this help article. If you see just the Fitbit logo and your Versa is not syncing/connecting with your phone, I recommend you to contact our Support team for further assistance since your watch could be stuck on a reboot loop.
