Unresponsive device

My Versa died on November 29th. It was purchased Dec 26, 2018. I bought a new charger which did not help. I tried reset it but it is dead. I brought it back to the store but they said to contact Fitbit. Does anyone know how this is done? I do not see a phone number or an email address.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation.

There is nothing flashing on the Versa. It is black, nothing. I cleaned the connections on both chargers and the Versa and nothing. It is dead. I left on the chargers for a day and nothing. It is dead.
