my versa wouldnt sync. so i tried a factory reset. it hasnt been able to turn on. no flashing light at the back. had 30% battery when it was last working. tried pressing all 3 buttons and resetting. nothing works. had to disconnect from my fitbit app. its totally dead, only had it for 5 months.

My second Versa is dying. Display died yesterday. Several days ago Versa had two shutdowns. I think it is going to die during ext few days. I got this watch November 2018.
My first Versa had worked only several month (from summer 2018 until September 2018) and died during charging. Then, I thought it is my fault, but, apparently, it is not.
Disappointed and frustrated... I like Fitbit, but it is too expensive in terms of cost per day.
I have my Levis serving me much longer than the watch.
I would rather spend 50$ more and have a device with 3+ years warranty.
