Have tried several "fix" attempts as in many topics. Received new charger today, Nothing!! Logo appears, that's it.
Totally disgusted at this point. Watch received 10-28-19.
Looking for a solution to this sooner than later.

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? No heart rate sensors.
Only logo appears when button is pressed then goes to blank screen.
Totally unresponsive!

My Versa 2 which I purchased in December 2019 has not worked properly since I received it. It finally died last week. Screen totally blank. No response to left button. I returned at a cost of $12 and supposedly I am getting a replacement, new, per my e-mails. I am totally fed up with this company. I have had some issues with other fitbits but this is the fourth of fifth as I a a sucker for more functions.

I have been dealing with an unresponsive Versa Lite for long enough! I first commented about this issue on Feb 27th. I read my Versa Lite on 10-28-19. There is no heart rates, NOTHING it will not sync, wasted $ on a new charger also.
How do I go about getting this replaced? Or do I need to find am alternative to a Fitbit.
I am awaiting a response to resolve this situation.
