With 3.0, my Versa would no longer sync.
With 3.1, I've had the same problem since 7/11/2019 with the additional problem of the battery dying after a few hours.
SO FAR I HAVE TRIED:
After unpairing, I was unable to re-add the Versa to my phone (LG Stylo 4) or tablet (LG GPad). I wanted to try that but for a while my Versa would not even power on past the logo screen. Eventually it powered on (by itself) and I was able to factory reset.
CURRENT SITUATION:
After seeing that my work phone is on the supported list (Samsung Galaxy A6), I've been trying to add it back to my account but the app can't find it. So that's where I am now and it's extremely frustrating. I've only had this one since March or April.
Note: I am using a Samsung Galaxy A6 with Android v9 and Fitbit v3.1

Annnnd now it won't even turn on past the logo screen... again. I'm about sick of this thing now. It's only 4 months old!
