Versa not receiving notifications nor syncing

Seems since new updates I've had issues syncing, receiving my notifications (which sometimes will then nothing)and connecting to bluetooth.  Never had any issues before the change!

Let me help you with your Versa not syncing or getting notifications. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
