Missing account, Versa not tracking data

  Went to bed woke up dang versa went into setup mode. trouble shooting I find out that my account was wiped out and all my logged progress is gone.  I don't get notifications, heart rate monitor is always wrong, misses a ton of steps thru out the day and I'm sure the calorie estimator is inaccurate. 

  Why the hell can't they fix all of the problems with there product.  

 

  I scanned over other post and it would appear they sell them broken.  I liked the versa for about a month as I could see my text info and incoming calls that was a bonus.  Now it must be reset daily in order to get this feature to work part of the time.  I go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week and use it to track work out time for the week, well that is now gone back to pen and paper.

@bastid, welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Versa not recording your activity and your missing account and thank you for troub. Make sure you are using the correct email address when logging as this could explain the missing data. Your information is saved on the Fitbit servers so it isn't dependent on your phone's storage. Also you won't see steps or distance when there isn't a tracker paired to that account. Setup your Versa and see how it behaves. For syncing issues you can check these suggestions and for notifications this article should help.
