Hi,

Since I did an update to my Versa 2 Fitbit I am running into multiple issues

  1. My battery is draining in couple days. Last night I went to bed with 25% battery and It turned off at 5:00 am
  2. The new feature of SP02 is inaccurate, It was showing 93%,  in fact when I checked with other device it was 99% 
  3. Most importantly the heart beat is also inaccurate.  For instance, I had a stress test a week ago and while doing it I was monitoring with the Fitbit.  The Fitbit was showing 75bpm  when I was 103bpm, then I checked again and Fitbit showed 105bpm when I was 153bpm, then the Fitbit showed 125bpm  when I reached 173bpm. This is affecting my day to day as this is the main reason why I have my Fitbit.

Is this happening to someone else? Is there anything I can do to correct this issues? Perhaps a new update?
