The last Update on January 25th rendered my Versa Lite useless. Syncing has been a real pain in the rear after most Updates. For this "Update" I've been on with the "Support" team and done everything they suggested to get my Versa Lite to sync. I've also done everything I've seen online and on the Fit Bit Community Forum with absolutely NO success.
What really burns me is that I finally convinced my husband to buy a Fit Bit just a few weeks ago. His new Versa 2 was also rendered useless after this recent Update. So now we have two Fit Bits that won't sync (a Versa Lite AND a Versa 2). The Fit Bit site lists our Samsung phones as compatible, but still no luck after hours of trying to get our Fit Bits synced.
My Versa Lite is just out of warranty, so they sent me an email with a 35% discount on a new Fit Bit. REALLY? After several frustrating "Updates", with the last one killing my Fit Bit, they really think I would buy another Fit Bit??

Fitbit accept there is a syncing issue with the update to the android app version 3.37. They are posting updates in this thread:
