I just found that my iPadOS needed an update. It’s now 13.05.01
I tried the Fitbit app page again, but no difference.
It still says to update my Versa2, however the app still won’t find my Versa2.
Does anyone know what I should do next?
Ive looked around for similar problems however there doesn’t seem to be many around that has had problems with Versa2 unable to be found after a update attempt.
Best AnswerI turned off and on Bluetooth in my iPads settings and tried to search for Versa2, but that did not work either.
Best AnswerAfter updating my iPad and pushing off and on Bluetooth in my iPads settings I went back to fitbit app and to my surprise it was syncing and the part asking to update was gone!
I hope that means the Versa2 has updated.
MY PROBLEM IS SOLVED.
I am not sure what fixed it, but I’m sure glad the Versa2 is connecting with the app again!
