After installing the latest update my versa home screen went black. I could still access the apps so I shut it down. It did not come back on. I found on the forum several other with this problem and as suggested by Fitbit I performed a factory reset. It powered back on and is currently scrolling through the welcome screen and will not respond or pair to my app. I just get the message: Download the fit it app to set up and it scrolls through different languages. I have tried to factory reset again and it will not respond. I’m pissed!!!!i have emailed Fitbit but I am not confident they will help or care

I’m wondering how to check which version I have of the Fitbit app & how to update if it’s not 2.52?
There’s no “Settings” tab and can’t find it in App store. Not at all user friendly software!!! Need to be a mind reader 🙄

@Geoff60If your app is on an iPhone, you will find it in the App store. Open the App Store, click on your account, and then select "purchased." You'll see the list of apps on your device. You can also see the version and should get a notice if your app needs updating.
