Hi @EarlR , if you need help, you have to give more information than only "Update Versa Lite". What seems to be the problem? regards kuzibri

It starts to update over and over again and times out also from what I read a very common problem please help   Thanks Randy

Hi Randy, during the update, do you have your Versa in the charger and connected to you computer? This is mandatory for the update to complete. Regards kuzibri
