Versa not syncing my data

My steps show but don't show up on my group challenge   says I haven't synced in 9 hours

@Ralip welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the steps are not showing on your group challenges.

 

In addition to the information that @SunsetRunner requested, let us know if your steps are also missing on your main Dashboard or just the challenges section. Also, we would like to know if you are manually syncing activities.

 

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. These steps are helpful for syncing issues.

I’m using iPhone 7 Plus.  My watch steps show up in the dashboard but doesn’t sync to the challenges.  Also not getting notifications.  This has been happening since Friday.

Yes I’m manually syncing.  I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips but nothing.
