VERSA 2 damage

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My versa 2 has some cloudy sort of damage on the back and looks a bit “sanded” or ”cloudy” (where the sensor and charging pin is) and I don’t know what has caused it. I’m afraid it may affect the accuracy of the recorded data and if possible will like to get this fixed, please help!!

Could it be dried hand lotion? Does it wash off?

No it does not wash off and doesn’t seem to be dried lotion either, that’s why it’s getting me worried

I have exactly the same issue and it now bothers my wrist.  I tried cleaning it and it does nothing to change the damage.   I have no idea what it is and have never worn it in water.

Did anyone from Fitbit fix it for you or provide a solution?

Nope, nobody from Fitbit has helped me yet and I’m still using the Fitbit
the way it is. Can’t help it
