VERSA 2 restarting when using Alexa

Every time I tried to use the Alexa talk to text function. Or any other time I try to talk to Alexa, then the watch immediately restarts itself.

Alexa function is completely unusable

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry you are having an issue with using Alexa. The trick is to let go of the button as soon as you see the O symbol indicating Alexa is activated. If you continue to hold down the button after that point, then Fitbit things you are bypassing Alexa and wishing to restart. Please try letting go of the button sooner and I think you will find the Alexa feature useful. Good luck!

I'm not using side button at all. I am aware that holding the button
restarts it


When I try to use alexa on the touch screen it restarts
