VERSA BLANK SCREEN

This morning woke up to a blank screen. I charged the battery for over an hour and I attempted to check the charge level.  Nothing appeares on the screen.  Attempted to turn off and on by using the back and bottom buttons. The device will show a dim light and will vibrate, but will not display.  I also attempted to sync with my android which surprisingly worked.  I'm at a loss at this point.  Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Hi @Mkvdoc

Not to scare you, but this is exactly what happened to mine before it died after a swim (we collectively lost 2 versas that night after swimming.)

Mine was as you describe, still able to sync for about 12 hours before shutting down completely, never to turn on again.

A week later, I can see the condensation in the heart rate sensors.

I hope you are within warranty as we are not and therefore Fitbit refuses to help us. I guess they are swimproof up to one year and not guaranteed after that. FB_IMG_1564957165536.jpg

KayleeAmanda, Thank You for your response. I have enjoyed having it but,
I think this is it. Not getting another one. I too am well outside the
warranty date, I have not found any threads with a resolution for this
particular problem. I do see the little green sensor light on, looks like
the mechanism in the screen display is the issue, every thing else appear
to work.
