Hi, @BeautifullyMe! Have you tried restarting it a few times? Hold the left and bottom right buttons for about 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, you can try a factory reset, which I believe is holding all three buttons.

I tried resetting and factory reset and neither time did the screen change.
